So Mario and the On Safari team decided to do something about it.

The way we started buying land and, and preserving land, it started because of this rewilding process.

The first time in, in the Amazon, we have two females.

It's in place in the southern Amazon, a state called ParáUh, which is right at the arch of deforestation, right? So deforestation comes from north to south.

So people clear the land, put cattle, then soybean comes, takes over, and then the cattle goes forward and keeps going like that.

Every time I flew to that place, I could see the forest disappearing.

You know, it was really shocking how fast things were happening.

They're under that bag, right? All the bass are outside that eating the, eating the Sac-a-lait bluegill.

If any of the people that live around me hear that, there's gonna be nine ch- bags of chicken hanging on Bayou Liberty.

Chupacabra crappie.

Somebody would take it and stuff it and use it for crab bait or something.

[laughs] It would be stolen.

They were her world.

You know, Garrett was more, um, quiet and more of a thinker.

He was al- you could tell by li- looking at his, in his eyes, he was always thinking.

Very outgoing.

He was a very, he was like a social butterfly.

His personality was just like his mom's.

But you know, I think if we make it the norm, if we continue to, like, bring out the parts of ourselves that we don't really...

Like, if I reward you for the better things you do in life versus the worst things you do in life on a daily basis, even if you go back home in the hood, if, if people were rewa- rewarded for, like, if you go to the block and you like, "Yo, I just did this fast.

I just did this woo, woo." And people are like, "Yo, that's fire, bro.

We reward you for that," versus, "That's corny," or, "That's this." Like, just little things like that, rewarding the better parts of ourselves as humanity, that would change so much, you know what I'm saying, in our s- in our society.
