You can go first.
ScottyGUEST
87:31
I got...
ScottyGUEST
87:32
Ooh, thank you.
ScottyGUEST
87:32
That was actually the best beer.
ScottyGUEST
87:37
I gotta poop.
YowanaHOST
88:46
Yeah.
ScottyGUEST
88:47
He's the K guy.
ScottyGUEST
88:51
This is the half-marathon of the time.
22:28
Voilà.
ScottyGUEST
22:28
Totalement, c'est la famille.
ScottyGUEST
22:30
On m'a placé directement.
ScottyGUEST
22:32
Je me fatigue pas, moi.
ScottyGUEST
22:34
Droit au but.
22:50
Pourquoi Tentation ?
ScottyGUEST
22:52
Parce que c'est un morceau qui explique la distraction.
ScottyGUEST
22:57
Tu vois, la distraction.
11:38
Can either of you touch on the cultural or indigenous significance of the reef or this area of Queensland in general?
ScottyGUEST
11:45
Here in the Whitsundays, our native tribe is the Ngaru tribe.
ScottyGUEST
11:49
They were the island people or the canoe people, they were also known as here.
ScottyGUEST
11:52
But along the Great Barrier Reef, I think there are 70 traditional owner groups that actually call the Great Barrier Reef home.
ScottyGUEST
11:59
So I can't talk too much about their areas 'cause I haven't been up to those areas much myself.
ScottyGUEST
12:04
But here in the Whitsundays, there is some very cool cultural significant areas around here, and I think they've got history dated to about 9,000 years ago here. And there are some areas where we have, we can do tours to actual cave paintings as well, and they have been dated to two-and-a-half thousand years ago.
ScottyGUEST
12:21
But, um, yeah, and they've actually discovered shell middens, so basically a big pile of shells and bones that have dug down and then carbon dated everything then so they can kind of know roughly how far ago they were used to.
16:00
So like the living piece of the organism has died or left, and it just leaves the calcium, the hard piece left.

0:32
Scotty, where are you gonna be again this weekend?
ScottyGUEST
0:35
Old Glory Guns & Ammo in Greenville, New Hampshire from 12:00 to 1:00.
ScottyGUEST
0:38
It's your customer appreciation day.
ScottyGUEST
0:40
That's gonna be going on.
ScottyGUEST
0:41
Usually Laura does it in the past, and, uh, I'm very excited.
LauraGUEST
1:37
Oh, you're gonna love lunch though
ScottyGUEST
1:38
...
ScottyGUEST
1:38
when you ask people how they're doing, stick around for the answer.
BlaneGUEST
14:03
He'll be a day late, but... [laughs]
ScottyGUEST
14:05
It's kinda what Blaine, it's kinda what Blaine said is about TyFest.
ScottyGUEST
14:08
I think it's, it's their first, first one, so my, my vibe is it's one of those events that's like, it's community building more than anything.
ScottyGUEST
14:16
It's not, we're not trying to sell, they're not trying to sell anything.
ScottyGUEST
14:19
We're not trying to sell anything.
ScottyGUEST
14:20
We're trying to build a community, stronger together type thing.
ScottyGUEST
14:23
I think that's just what it is, like drink beer and weed sodas and just hang out in the grass and listen to music and talk shit with your friends.

44 MINS LATER

58:24

speaker_14UNKNOWN
22:33
And here to introduce it is the author.
ScottyGUEST
22:36
Hi, I'm Scotty and I'm nine years old.
ScottyGUEST
22:38
I live in Illinois, and this is my story, Julius Caesar the guinea pig.
ScottyGUEST
22:42
Not the famous ancient Roman dude, but this rodent thinks otherwise.
