... with her own soul and heart, whether that means meditating, whether it means, you know, writing every day, spending 10 minutes really being with herself, whether she can go to therapy or join a support group to first of all, get to what it is that is her truth.

And then eventually when she feels more secure in that, because that's the thing that I think that's lacking is a really, a partnership and a clarity within herself.

Once she gets clear with that, then the next step would be to go to a therapist with her husband, on her own with her husband, to ask her best friend if she would go to the therapist with her, because I find it easier to be more honest when there is a third person in the room.

Your wife sounds like a, a wonderful partner and person in so many ways, uh, whether you're sleeping in the same bed or not, and change is hard.

Yes, it's hard, but being honest and getting to the other side was one of the most freeing things that I've ever done.

And by owning all of my partnerships equally, whether they were sexual or not, I have to say I've built a bigger, even more beautiful family.
