I think, you know, the, the beauty about Vascular Quality Initiative is created by vascular surgeons.

So a lot of these, uh, you know, forms that you see and the variable that you see is essentially people who are expert in their field sitting there and trying to capture all these variables, say what's important, you know, for research and for quality improvement.

And a lot of these forms are also life forms, so it can be edited in the future.

Uh, not super easy, but it can be done where you come back and say, "Well, you know what? We really need to look at this in this particular data set." Uh, so that makes, you know, VQI arguably the best, uh, data sets I would suggest in the world.

But definitely, obviously, in the US is, is the biggest one we have.

So how, uh, do you make sense of these findings, and how have they influenced your own approach to each type of patient population in your clinical practice, taking into account the significant heterogeneity that these findings still represent?
