And so that's like, again, like why I wrote the book just to really dive deep into who I am and be able to explore sexuality in a not with no shame.

So it starts, the book starts off with asking questions that you could just journal about yourself.

Like you don't need to engage with somebody because I think that in the moment talking about sex could kill the mood.

And so, um, when you ask these questions for yourself and journal about them, and that's what the book is there to do, you're able to answer these questions or you're able to steer in a different way.

Like, oh, let's try this because now that I've explored these, my different passions or different desires or different fantasies that I'd wanna try, I could now bring it into the bedroom and in a not confronting way, because I think that that's also something that gets in the way but the book is also there designed to talk about it with a partner.
