So, you know, before we get into those specific numbers and, and the strategy, you know, maybe you guys can tell us a little bit, um, about what Optimum's LinkedIn presence or even social presence looked like before your team took it over and, you know, what made you guys realize that something really, you know, needed to change.

Larry KaiserGUEST
Yeah, you know, if you go back 10 years, when I, when I joined the organization and really launched and built the marketing organization from the ground up, Optimum was just past its four-year anniversary and was already, you know, doing really, really well with no marketing.

Larry KaiserGUEST
So if you look back at our, our LinkedIn back in 2016, you know, we had just over 4,000 followers.

Larry KaiserGUEST
Um, our Twitter was in the low 200s, and we didn't even have a Facebook at the time, you know.

Larry KaiserGUEST
Um, so coming from, my background coming from more of the product side, I had never really worked in services, but I understood the best way to promote services and your expertise is, of course, to create that content, right? So it was a slow burn.

Larry KaiserGUEST
You know, there was a lot of things that had to be in place before we could even focus on that.

Larry KaiserGUEST
Everything from, you know, a new website and making sure that website can support the content that you're promoting on those, those pieces, right? And then looking at the social media as a whole.

Dani PattersonGUEST
Um, I'm interested, what does, what does educational actually mean for your audience? What did that look like? And can you share, um, you know, an example or a post or a campaign that really exceeded your expectations so people listening can, can really kind of grasp what, um, you know, was really working and, and helped you kind of make that bump? Yeah.

Some of those relationships are

Larry KaiserGUEST
Just because you make a connection with somebody on day one doesn't mean they're signing a contract with you on day two, right? It takes time.

Larry KaiserGUEST
We have last couple years, we've had a meeting room where we've had obviously meetings and we had our own reception where we get almost 200 people at that reception, right? Whether it's partners or prospects or clients.

How do you figure out what content to present? And then after you've presented and shared that content, how are you repurposing and using maybe recordings or anything after the event to kind of draw people back in and kind of get extra value out of the event and that sponsorship?

Why start there? The way in, you know, in your career, every job you have gives you a stepping stone to the next part of your career, right? So starting off at Keen and then NTT Daily, you learn what works and what doesn't work.

Larry KaiserGUEST
How one person wants to do something versus how another person wants to do something.

Larry KaiserGUEST
So coming over to Optimum was the first time I ever worked in that services space.

Larry KaiserGUEST
And the services that we sold kind of were just lumped in with the price of your EHR, your implementation and so forth.

doesn't have it, right? And to sit there and, you know, say we're gonna work on content, for example.

Larry KaiserGUEST
Sure, we use ChatGPT or Claude for drafting, but I may have 30, 40, 50 drafts of content spanning every single service line that we do.

Larry KaiserGUEST
But just because we draft it with ChatGPT to get over the writer's block Doesn't mean we're going to publish it.

Larry KaiserGUEST
I said, when we publish a piece of content, it goes through an AI checker pretty thoroughly.
