Sorry, Kristen.
24:31
No, and that was what I was going to also discuss, is before you can even become an employee at Apollo, you go through an evaluation from the clinical excellence team, whether it be a survey that you have to answer, whether it be a working interview, a case review, things like that.
24:48
I think the last time we looked, we... offer probably less than 30% of the BCBAs who interview with us.
24:55
And as Kim was saying, BCBAs have a 0% unemployment rate in the state of Georgia.
25:00
And we get a lot of people who are interested in working with us.
25:03
But at the RBT level, we do a lot of training.
25:08
So all of our technicians become RBT certified.

Because everyone I know who is either in some administrative role or I have lots of friends who own clinics or run clinics for other people and things like that, especially up in my neck of the woods in rural New England, you know uh hiring is you know the first and last thing they think about every day and i'm wondering with the volume of people that you guys have you know interviewed and and whatnot what are you seeing as trends these days in terms of the you know the type of people who are coming in looking for work both at the technician and Certainly the BCBA level as well, you know, is there anything that's changing, anything that's noteworthy that you guys have observed, you know, especially now that you've been doing this over the last, you know, six or seven years or so in terms of the workforce change?
