And so we did

all that, and this was... you know, kind of crazy timing because I decided to do all of this in 2019.

And from the beginning, and maybe I'm at times guilty of focusing on excellence and maybe at the detriment of sometimes good enough is good enough, but between the two, we're typically going to bias towards we're going to not take any half measures and we're going to do things in a thorough and complete way.

And really foundationally, that included who's going to help me on this journey.

And so I didn't come from the ABA space.

I didn't know any BCBAs or not many at the time.

And so I'm really kind of thinking about how do I find somebody who's going to really be values aligned and really do a great job.

And first, you know, so I guess an obvious question is, well, what are the things you're looking at and how do you measure them? So let's dig in.
