So the Board of Commissioners was really clever in what they did here.

there was actually two moratoriums.

There was one that impacted the ability for new rezoning applications.

So that was very necessary.

That's the way you make sure that when a new zoning comes in, it meets new rules that are set by this board consistent with this board's vision.

What are the reasons that that can't be done?
