What impact do you think these interviews have on building and strengthening that relationship? And which ideas or approaches to strengthening that relationship resonated the most with you?
11:06
I think it's important for candidates to know that we are engaged and willing to work with any administration to do what is best for local government and the people that we commonly serve.
11:15
Each of the candidates indicated that they're committed to working with MMA and our local partners to make the best decisions.
11:22
I think the proof is in the pudding, and we hope that they will live up to those commitments.
11:27
But all three of them were very impressive in their statements about how they really do seem to care about what our needs will be moving forward.
11:35
And I hope that that will carry through to our legislative efforts and just policy goals that we have between the two of us, whether it be local goals, state goals, and how they merge together.
11:45
I'm very optimistic that all three of them will follow through with what they stated in the interviews.

My hope is that the next governor will continue that dialogue, recognize municipalities as true partners in Maine and governing, and that we may be local governments, but we're working together to make essential part of making Maine work.
0:42
So why don't you, um, first tell everybody what you guys do?
0:46
Sure.

So we are basically the modern creative studio.
0:52
We do a lot of virtual production, but we also are using AI to really enable a lot of our pre-pro- pre-production and post-production processes.
1:04
Um, but ultimately using the human connection to really build the craft and make a lot of the stuff.
1:14
We're, we're basically, um, finding what efficiencies we can and using whatever tools make the most sense to communicate those ideas.
4:13
so how did it work with them shooting on your stages?
4:17
So what they did first was they came into our stages, and then they said, "This is how we want to shoot our interviews." Um, because they knew that if they did it that way, they could control all of the different elements.
