Brad and Grandma Joy have been speaking to my colleague, Casa Alum.

Well, it started when I was 85.

He called up, wondered if I wanted to go camping, and I said yes.

So away we went, and we got there in the rain.

It was quite a trip, I can tell you that.

[laughs] I held the umbrella on it, over him while he put the tent together.

And then the air mattress, I kept falling off of it, so I said to heck with it.

What would you say to anyone who hasn't traveled that much in their life?

I would have been bringing back

a lot of stuff,

So was there anything that scared you along the way that you had to talk yourself into?

I thought at my age, there ain't no re-dos.

You either do it or not.

I enjoyed every minute of it.

And the rapid wasn't any different than a roller coaster.

Oh,

we met the nicest people.

A lot of people was coming down as we were going up.

And everybody said hi, and we talked to them.

Of course, I talked to everybody, people in the parking lot, wherever.

But it was like an adventure.

You're never too old to have an adventure, I don't think.

You probably don't drink a lot of alcohol or eat a lot of sugar.
