Yeah, they're more popular than ever.

I remember when I was a young child, one day my father came home with a shiny new gadget I'd never seen before.

Yeah.

Uh, candles are a symbol of celebration and of mourning in so many different cultures.

... what you think Grover would've had to hear.
32:58
That is a fascinating question.
32:59
I, um, I don't know.
33:02
I think, um, some of Grover voice, uh, not to sort of reduce it to, it just kind of how it came out of me, I think, you know, in sort of trying to absorb what he is in the books and do what kind of was done with the whole book, with all of it.
33:18
You know, from the first conversations with Rick, was really open with him that the book was going to have to get lit on fire, and the ashes of the book were gonna get buried in the ground and we were gonna tend to it, and whatever grew out of that was going to be something that wanted to be what it was, rather than something that was sort of trying to take a book and jam it into a script for a TV show.
33:45
And um, and, and some things came out the same and some things came out a little different.
33:51
I think Grover's sort of, um, function and his, um, the way you would probably describe him if I only gave you three words to do it, those Venn diagrams between book Grover and show Grover I think are pretty similar.
