Right.
29:42
I mean, it didn't come out.
29:44
The notebook itself, the first time I heard of it was I think right around 2000.
29:49
That would've been the 20-year anniversary, and he did a sci-fi piece with Brian Gumbel, and the notebook came out, the glyphs came out, okay? Then 10 years after that, when we were getting ready to do the 30th anniversary, the codes showed up.
30:02
But here's something that you can't discredit, okay? In 1986, a remote view was done by Inja Cannon, and Ed Dames was the facilitator of it, okay? And there was other, there was follow-up remote views done afterwards, too.
30:20
What he, the report that was released by the CIA, when I say CIA, it was declassified in a bunch of documents, but this was found within these documents.
30:29
A lot of what he talks about in that remote view in 1986, way before Penniston talked about any of this or even some of the stuff that I talked about hadn't come out, I hadn't gone public yet either, he confirms it in the remote view.

97:29
Were you a witness actually?
16:08
Uh, so if you could, uh, walk the audience into, uh, what actually unfolded for you and others in the Rendlesham Forest when you were stationed in England?
16:19
Well, the incident happened in December of 1980, and we came on duty, we worked swings and mids, three swings, three mids, and the midnight shift was from 2300 to 0700.
16:30
So you would come on one day and get off the next, you know, as far as dates.
16:35
You know, and, you know, days.
16:36
But so we came on at 2300 Christmas night, and that was our last mid.
16:41
At about 0300 on the 26th, which was Boxing Day over there, so the base was still shut down, it was like they had a four-day weekend.
16:49
Um, so we were on duty, and I met up with my supervisor, who was new to the base.

[laughs]
4:08
Right.
4:08
Well, you know, nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation, uh, since pretty early on has proceeded on the basis of international cooperation, limited but real.
4:25
Uh, and so as Rachel said, there, there's a parallel there to, uh, climate protection.
4:33
One of the ways I really entered that, this work was, uh, I was there for the, uh, proceedings, the arguments in, before the International Court of Justice in 1995 on the legality of the threat or use of nuclear weapons.
4:54
And, uh, then the court's opinion came out in 1996, and in a surprise, the court said there is an obligation, uh, to negotiate nuclear disarmament in all its aspects and bring it, bring those negotiations to a conclusion.
5:16
Well, fast-forward, uh, uh, almost, uh, 30 years, and, uh, the, the International Court of Justice, uh, rendered a, um, advisory opinion on climate protection, climate change.

It really feels like a responsibility.
