I feel for Bristrich because he's very early on in his Leicester career.

As Stephen says, he needs time.

But Russell Martin has said he's not that type of striker who's going to head in across.

You know, being, being comfortable at home, being, being comfortable in a new country that, that, uh, you know, you, you don't know much about, you know, coming from, um, coming from places where, where it was, you know, a, a war-torn place or, you know, chaos and stuff like that.

And then even one of the biggest challenges for a lot of the kiddos would be being used to, like, being okay and not being in chaos.

You know? If, if you're always in crisis, um, um, your body can kinda get used to that.

And, and almost the reverse could happen when, when things are, are leveling out, um, and not being used to, not being used to that, not being used to things being okay.

So a, a lot of times, um, you know, kiddos will, will sort of, um, circle back to what they're used to, you know?

Mm-hmm.

Is that something you do in preparation for many races, especially if you're starting in a particular position? Because that seemed to be really helpful for you.

Yeah, for sure.

I always do as much preparation as I can for these rounds.

And it's something that I've sort of always done in my career.

I've had quite a different path to get to Formula 2 than pretty much everyone on the grid.

I actually didn't really compete in karting at all and only got into it when I was about 16.

And then didn't do Formula 4, skipped straight up to GB3.
