How did you get involved with it?

it?Uh, honestly, my sister-in-law works at UCAN on the employment side of things, as you mentioned, and I always thought I'd be interested in doing youth work.

Um, I come from a business background, um, but through mentoring with minor sports and volunteer work I've done in traveling over the years, uh, there's an opportunity with young people that really, really excited me.

Uh, so there was an opening at UCAN, and I threw my name in and took a chance.
