I think it's,
23:39
for me, when to hold a successful workshop, we believe you need a minimum of five to six weeks of runtime in order from start of campaign to end of campaign.
23:53
And even you can add another week onto that being a follow-up week.
23:58
So you're looking at really six weeks minimum, seven weeks if you've done six weeks of And we like to block that down right into prep time, the stages of marketing that we have to get ready, the assets we have to get ready, then the stages of marketing that we have to launch.
24:14
Then we have to build up to the actual event itself, couple of weeks out, and then we have the follow up.
24:19
So we have these different blocks.
24:20
And I think the biggest change that people forget now is that say you launch in that six-week block, say you launch your campaign or the initial start of your campaign in week two and you get some registrations.

I mean, obsessing over consumption is a whole other unlock.
42:22
Are they showing intent?
42:24
And the best way that you can trigger someone to get them to give you a signal and show intent is by to give them something a little bit specific to be agitated about, right? That's why if anybody wants to take their email campaign, if you're a regular emailer, you send emails regularly, that sounds better.
42:41
and you want to take that game to the next level in terms of a strategy, then start to think about your emails in terms of consumption and then versus conversion.
42:49
Because we absolutely believe in consumption-based content.
42:53
We believe in providing content that has nothing but value, provides value, ask for nothing in return.
42:59
And in fact, Charlie, you always make us ask ourselves, would we pay even a dollar for this piece of consumption content, right? Would it be worth that minimum? And if it passes that mark, then it's a good consumption piece.
43:10
That doesn't mean it's just crap.

So yeah, I'm just kind of curious on your thoughts, Joe.
