I was like, "Oh, no."

That was as bad as it get.

And again, again we went into a qualifying, or went to a Champions League arena undercooked for no good reason, right? We, we were told, "Oh, if we get into Champions League, we'll buy more players," blah, blah, blah.

I get, I, I get fiscal responsibility.

Well, funny story.

When I first started there, I was only 24 years old.

Saturday morning, I'm not going to lie, I was hungover.

So what are some of the challenges that have come up in the civil work?

So thinking through that, I think having operators at the table and not just executives or not just physicians, but having the individuals that have the ability to report that information and the operators, you know, that actually live this day to day, I think is critical to success.

Yeah.

And I would say probably beyond the scope of what we want to talk about, we want to talk about the practical application and kind of the why and the strategy.

But we do need to keep in mind the details of the regulatory framework.

They are broad.

And when you check each of the boxes, you have tremendous freedom, which is what's been kind of the angst that we've had.

I can do anything I want.

Strategically, it's how do I get that alignment behind sharing some of that savings back to my physicians?

And the recruitment, uh, I think it's fair to say, has been pretty dismal, um, since the summer.

Yeah.

I mean, I suppose the thing is, Jim, like, uh, it doesn't matter if you appoint somebody you know if it's good and goes well.

In the same way, it doesn't matter if your appointment is left field and it works.

But if it doesn't work, it immediately becomes completely nonsensical, doesn't it? Uh, that's exactly it.

And, and, you know, the mood with the fans, even before his appointment, wasn't great.

Uh, there's a kinda narrative that it's the, the youth and the malcontents that are, that are driving the, the complaints against the board and whatever.

He must've done some good work over the years because Celtic were winning all around him.

I never thought it was going to happen, ever.

And the, the thing is, the way we did the, the campaign, it was really quite a short campaign, you know, the, the, the way the fixtures were.

We started well against Denmark and, and Belarus, and then we, we just kept getting worse.

You know? 'Cause when we beat Greece 3-1 it was like a real robbery, 'cause we got outplayed for an hour.

Is there anyone else, Jim, before we let you go to just have a lie down, that deserves a mention? I mean, I, I mean like, like all the players do, of course, but is there anything that sticks in your mind?
