I think about SNFs and some of the things they've done with the three-day waiver and being able to move into swing beds, so it helps with the rural communities, but that brings in not only new participants, but then understanding all of the elements that make up that readmission Using that as a guide, how do you select and design performance metrics? So maybe from a clinical perspective, are we looking at what those quality outcomes are? Are we looking at patient satisfaction? Are we looking at potential complication rates? Are we looking at O to E? What does that process look like from a clinical perspective?

Yeah, I think all the above is the short answer.

So we do look at who's, we do look at who's, we do look at the ability to say, let's understand those patient outcomes.

I can't tell you the number of meetings we've all sat in.

I'm sure that physicians say, well, what does patient satisfaction have to do with patient outcomes? And yet in these episodes, we're talking about Hoos and Koos metrics that are patient reported outcomes considerations.

So involving them, involving that patient in the care and the outcomes and the reporting of that is important.

Thinking through, we always start with a much larger list than we ultimately land on.

I think we're still at a stage where that's enough of a lift for most health systems.
