But how can they help with educating younger people? What do you think their job should be?
17:09
I think it's a really important piece here, right? When you think about this financial literacy, whether it be in high school, whether it be in college, whether it be after college, if you don't have those, that financial knowledge and that financial wherewithal, you're not gonna be able to do the things that you need to do to succeed, right? And, and like you said, you can look on Google, or you can hope that your parents taught you, but if they didn't, where are you left? And a lot of times, to check that box, you're just given here's a bunch of text.

13:12
I think when someone's going through active chemotherapy or radiotherapy, we're not expecting them to be better week on week.
13:21
Exercise is there just to help manage side effects of the treatment from that perspective.
13:26
And there is some evidence which kind of supports its inclusion for certain things.
13:33
So, for example, aerobic exercise has stronger evidence in improving anxiety and depression and helping sleep.
13:41
Whereas more resistance training has a little bit has stronger evidence for bone health and lymphedema.

5 MINS LATER

But I think exercise with the anxiety and the depression of of cancer is probably the most powerful thing.
