[laughs] So prior to adopting the HOT philosophy, I'll give an example where I ended up having to fire, uh, a plant electrician over a carbon rule violation, uh, with lockout tagout and medium voltage.

And the employee did not willfully do anything wrong.

The employee came to work to do the right thing for the company.

Uh, it was some weekend activity where we had to get some new cables pulled, uh, for, uh, a renovation that was going on.

And this gear was special because it was double-ended gear, so it had power on both ends.

He had locked out part of the unit, but he didn't recognize that the other part was still live.

Sure
