And how, how do you best respond to those types of questions?

Jay SelfGUEST
Um, as you say, I think as, as a clinician, so the doctor person sitting there trying to, uh, give this information, uh, there's so many things that you are trying to balance, and the honest truth is we don't always get it right.

Jay SelfGUEST
And I've been doing this for 25 years, so I see things get wrong, quite badly wrong sometimes, and I see things done brilliantly, and everything in between.

Jay SelfGUEST
And I think those things that we're trying to balance is obviously the human side of being very acutely aware that you're not giving fabulous information at that time.

Jay SelfGUEST
You're telling people something they don't want to hear, they don't want it to be true.

Jay SelfGUEST
But you've also gotta balance that, particularly when kids are young, with the inherent, um, unpredictability of it.
