How do you, as an ECLO, help parents to manage that?

Well, that's a very big question.

I think as Paula said earlier, I, uh, I ca- sorry, Paula, I've forgotten what word you used, but I use the word hub.

So I feel like I'm a hub.

So I try and know as much of everything as I possibly can.

And again, again, as Paula said, I sometimes have to look things up or go, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, wait a minute, this came up six years ago," or something, you know? So I'm forever googling or checking my own records for things.

But so sometimes it's about knowing who's supposed to do something.
