Yeah.
32:59
But it's going to be risky and it's not going to be profitable.
33:03
And I'm not going to say a name on this.
33:06
I don't know if you know who this person is anyways or the name of the company.
33:10
But Chris and I were doing some consulting recently with a lender.
33:16
And we kind of had a disagreement on...
33:20
the types of deals that he should do.
37:39
And all these lenders have, you know,
32:18
Yeah.
32:18
And, and you know, the only comparison that we had back then is there was a company locally that had a fund.
32:25
The guys were a few years older than us and, and I remember every time we would chat they'd be like, "Oh, yeah, we can't do this deal in our fund, but it's a really good deal, and we don't have another means to do it." Bec- it was just the way the deal's structured.
32:36
So always, like, kind of thought of that side.
32:39
But you know, we'd go back and forth because it was like, do we need more capital? Our capital was growing slow and steady, so would it have been easier, you know, to have one big [laughs] uh, you know, pool of capital? Yeah, it would've been.
32:56
Um, but there's, like, the risk, the reward.
33:01
There was also, like, do we want cheaper capital? We can do, we can make more money on these deals, but we're gonna give up flexibility.
