It was a really good business 101.Looking back, that industry, conventional mortgage, learned a ton about a bunch of different things, right? So real estate underwriting, credit underwriting income, marketing, sales, like it was, yeah, secondary market stuff.

It was a really, really good 101.

During that time, we started dabbling in some real estate investments.

Not many lenders do that.
