How were you able to go through that process with planner search?
6:41
It's a good question.
6:42
It's a big question.
6:43
I've been making software my whole life.
6:45
It's the only thing I know.

And what I've learned is that when you, well, first of all, we use the same exact approach with planner search with every other custom software project that we start, which is the rookie move.

There are a lot of rookie moves, but one of the rookie moves is to come into a custom software project with a whole list of assumptions, like a predetermined list of features, as if some president or vice president knows, what needs to be made.

It's really, we've been talking a lot about the consumer, but this is also highlighting our FPA members that are participating in plan research and really getting them out there and shining a light on them and it's been designed for it to be an active site like we don't want to set it and forget it we want them engaging we want them updating their profiles we have ability to quotes videos whatever it may be we want them to be an active participant because we feel that that's also going to yield better results for them as well the more that they engage the more they'll be able to get feedback and get leads out
