So, I mean, there's two steps here, I think.

Number one is the agency or agencies, whether it's a school district, a special district, or a city or county, they need to be a member of CACDA.

That's the entry point.

Number two is if they want to participate in the program or with a standalone, they need to adopt another resolution.

Now, we have a packet that we pull together that we send to the city, which includes the resolution, staff report, Public hearing notice, everything that's required for them to participate.

Could you give the audience a brief description of, uh, yourself and how you came into C- CSCDA and a little of the, the history of the program?

Um, so I am a recovering attorney, uh, by trade.

Um, I, uh, practiced law for a couple of years.

Was, uh, worked in the bankruptcy courts, um, and decided that I would rather find ways to get people money rather than take it away.

Um, and so wound my way into CSCDA back in 2001, um, to jump into something I'd never done before, um, and have been with, uh, the authority for now 25-plus years, um, working on various types of programs.
