Was there an issue on that or the liner, the warehouse or the temperature, like the actual production as well? Was that all in spec or was there a low fill? Was there just like, did they not fill it up to high enough or did they fill it too high? And that was a problem, right? Like all these things that you would also look at.

Yeah, there's lots of things.

And these are all those things, Ben, that I take into account as well.

So you're constantly looking at things that can cause a potential leaker.

Even though I point out the same, which again, most of the time is the root cause, you want to ensure that there's nothing else that's contributing to it.

So for example, we'll take a look at a formula.

And if there's high levels of copper or high chlorides, those can be contributing factors to corrosion.

But I mean, you must have some advice for brands about like, I need to look at this stuff before I sign an agreement.

What would you say would be the most conservative, realistic, point in the pro forma that I should show an influx of cash through the bonds.

Well, you know, there's a big difference between financing improvements and financing fees.

Okay.

If you're financing fees, you're generally going to be at a latter stage of development where you're ready to pull building permits because that's when you pull fees.

So the pro forma with fees is fairly simple.

Number one, I get reimbursed for all the fees up front that I've already paid.

Number two, I'm going to not have to pay those fees at building permit.

What was the most effective?

We cannot really single out in terms of the strategies that we applied.

Uh, it has to be a collective execution of all phases.

While the island-wide spraying was happening, uh, there is very focused spraying as well.

Uh, what that means is, uh, where the resident of a positive case is located and our public health staff has to spray around the positive case resident up to 200 meters radius of the neighboring houses.

So it's a combination of those response actions, uh, which I think helped us to bring the outbreak under control.

Had a lot of people worried, and lots of tourists were also reportedly going home with dengue as well.
