And they're paying attention and trying to be proactive, I think, now and keeping the drivers that they have, making sure they're happy and not looking elsewhere.

I think the reason maybe why it hasn't been an issue so much in the past is because we didn't have the regulatory crackdowns.

I don't know, I've only been in the industry, well, really covering long haul trucking since 2023.

So I don't know how long turnover has been a problem, but I know it's been a problem since I've been covering the industry.

And I do wonder if a lot of fleets have kind of just treated drivers like a number.

Oh, we can get the next one in, it'll be fine.

But now that we have this regulatory crackdown, I think fleets are now looking at, oh, I don't just need someone behind the wheel.
