So maybe share a little bit on, on not, like, professional software developer, but, like, how you guys are kinda working in the, the software world and how AI's helping with that.
12:46
that.I'll give two use cases that we're currently using, and it's kind of related to what Tanner brought up when he first answered the initial question of how much more productive does this make you.
12:57
While it's true that, you know, you can have more time, it's also true that your outputs can be better, more customized, deeper.
13:03
So the first use case I'm gonna give is around when we receive a prospective client.
13:08
Let's say they own a property and they're thinking about signing on with management.
13:12
When we receive that prospect, we have an agent that actually does a deep dive on that listing or that property.
13:19
So it goes to Zillow, county records, goes to their Airbnb listing or any other online travel agency they may be listed on, pulls a bunch of that data, and then creates a customized website for that individual for their property and spits out that website along with a pro forma that we have a lot of data and calculation or algorithms that we have it run on the back end to estimate that owner's earnings, what their occupancy might look like, what their expenses might look like.

It's a kinda cultural problem and a vacuum that AI's kinda filling, but I do think we're-- we have seen already, and I think we're going to see a lot of issues of people really outsourcing their human interaction to what takes the appearance of human interaction and conversation.
38:49
But how does he know that the next thing he gets isn't any better?
38:52
I would not expect any large language model, pioneer model firm to be self-labeling, nor would I trust that.
38:59
But it does create demand for an anti-LLM lab, so to speak.
39:04
And there's already a lot of people working on this where they identify whether something is algorithm generated or human generated.
39:10
And you pay for that service to identify any kind of material that you may want to feed it.
39:15
People will get what they want right at the end of the day.
39:17
I do think there's a really, really, really important aspect of all new technology.

But Jake, you can talk a little bit about replacement versus augmenting that you've seen.
