Let's back up for a moment, and I want to go to you, Glenn Savoy, and just ask, why do you think we are where we are as a province on this?

Well, I mean this government has been in place for the last couple of years now and they've had an opportunity to understand where they're at in terms of students and where the achievement is at.

And what we've seen instead are pilot PD days with no data.

The minister even admitted that they didn't have the data but they were going to go ahead with it anyway.

So this is a government that has its own dogmatic approach.

Rather than actually understanding what is happening in the classroom, teachers have told them what they needed.

And this government is just going through with their own agenda because as like every other liberal government, they think they know better than everybody else.
