The major shock that everybody is in for is basically that a great majority or a great portion of society will go absolutely cuckoo because they're currently all thinking that the world might come to an end and that there will be Judgment Day and the apocalypse and all this nonsense or that the extraterrestrials might arrive And while some of these questions are truly legitimate, especially the return of extraterrestrials, the fact of the matter is, and this is described in Eric von Däniken's new book, Twilight of the Gods, that right now, yes, our calendar does say it is 2011 right now, but in reality...

It's not really 2011 because back in the day, if you look at our history of our calendar, of our chronology, we basically went from 1 BC to 1 AD.

There never was a year zero.

So right there, we're already off by one year.

So then after that, in the Middle Ages... scholars have determined that when the monks were in charge of recording our calendar, they've determined that the monks made mistakes up to seven years in recording our actual calendar dates.

There's no doubt about this from the presidential records.

It's really an astounding story.

He secreted out to this Air Force base where he meets with aliens, and he and the aliens strike up a treaty, and here's the treaty.

You can stay in our skies, surveil us.

You can study us.

In return, we want all of your technology, and we agree not to disclose your existence.

Why? Because this is after the 1952 invasion of UFOs over Washington, so there's an urgency to Eisenhower striking a treaty with them.

There are multiple statues all throughout India that depict Buddha sitting on top what looks like a flying lotus flower with smoke and fire coming out.

In present-day Mexico, in La Venta, we have this plumed serpent, this snake that appears to be floating in the sky, and it has a helmet for a person as a head.

And then down below, you actually see a person sitting inside this weird snake, this flying snake.

Could a 2,000-year-old machine from ancient Greece upend the accepted history of modern astronomy? According to ancient astronaut theorists, this seemingly impossible artifact is yet another example of extraterrestrial visitation.

They say that similar encounters were documented by many other ancient cultures, lending support to the notion that Enoch's experiences were genuine.

We can find ancient texts that speak of people ascending to heaven and then coming back down.

For example, in ancient Greece, you have the story of Ganymede that was taken up by Zeus's eagle.

Also in ancient China and in ancient Sumeria and also in ancient Egypt are there stories of people having been visited or having gone up to the sky to visit with the so-called gods, lowercase G.

But why? If heaven is a spiritual realm, why is it written that certain individuals ascend bodily?

Neither Enoch nor Elijah ever claimed that they were prophets.

It was the biblical writers later who claim that they are prophets.

The reason why Enoch ended up being called a prophet is because of the experiences he had.

We find them all over the world, but the ones in Sardinia are very interesting because they often have carvings on them, these upside down kind of abstract human form on them, as though someone is diving from the sky to the Earth, and there's been no explanation as to exactly what these represent.

Some people have suggested that they represent people descending from the sky and imparting knowledge.

What's incredible is that bird people or bird man cults exist worldwide.

In fact, the further back you go in time, you see carvings and statues of beings that have wings.

Even earlier than angels, you have depictions of people up in the sky, fixed wings, like a modern-day airplane.

So you have to wonder if our ancestors saw winged machines up in the sky.

Yes, they have, uh, these walls, megalithic, so huge stones, and some of them are better preserved than others.

I mean, this is incredible, and this region is not the only place that has these walls.

Yes, it does.

It is unlike anything that I've ever seen, even though the stone steps have reminded me of inside the grand gallery of the Great Pyramid.

You can't put a dollar bill in between the fittings.

No mortar was used.

It's absolute perfection.

And the hole with the oculus has a deviation of about 11 degrees.

So that right there is something that's fascinating because only with that 11-degree deviation do you actually recognize this lunar standstill.

It is also shaped in the form of a keyhole.

So you have to wonder, what is it behind the number 12? Is it all coincidence, or could there be a higher meaning behind it?

But perhaps the most extraordinary example can be found in the Hebrew Bible's Book of Kings when the prophet Elijah confronts the worshipers of the pagan god Baal and challenges them to provide proof of their god's existence by making a sacrificial offering.

Elijah has this bizarre life where there are these multiple episodes where he is in contact with someone up in the sky.
