Could we talk about, like, what is it about humans that means the human side of change is harder to do, that takes longer than the technological change?

And I think you said this really well, like this technology is coming into our lives.

And if I would have to boil this down to a very simple thought is like in our life words, we have so many words now, this language, like it's so easy to create things all the time.

But what we actually need is meaning and meaning is still created by humans.

And that's my overall thought about the topic.

And if you go into organizations now or in change in general, I think what's really helpful and we shouldn't beat ourselves too much about this.

If you look at and I follow a couple of of those researchers from the top AI labs.

And so this concept of narrative that you introduce in your book, could I ask you to introduce, you know, what it is? And then going back to AI, you know, to put it in the context of today and what we just talked about, why does narrative influence shape determine whether or not an AI transformation is going to be a success or not?
