What's in those things and what's in the, you know, the creatines and the pre-workouts and the collagen peptides and all of these things that we're seeing now, and we're thinking we've been extra healthy and taking them all.

You know, they hopefully, you know, would be able to perhaps work out a regime for you that perhaps suits you a little bit better and suits your sort of function levels but i say supplements it's often everything around the supplements that are going to be perhaps affecting your concentration and so on and so forth rather than the supplements themselves
