Are there certain supplements and things that we should be taking for things like PCOS or endometriosis, even if a guy has had a diagnosis of suboptimal sperm? Are there particular things that they should be taking that could help?
6:36
So in terms of things like PCOS, there are supplements that can be beneficial to PCOS.
6:42
These are things like supplements that contain inositol.
6:46
So inositol can be very good when it helps the messages to be sent between various hormones and so on and so forth.
6:52
So quite a helpful supplement to have in general.
6:55
With PCOS, that messaging doesn't always work quite as well.
6:58
So what we want to help out with is that messaging system especially when it comes to things like insulin resistance and so on and so forth and sort of overproduction of testosterone we want to try and help that and that's why we take inositol now you can get various supplements that contain inositol personally one of my favorites is in a folic alpha or in a folic that is personally one of my favorites but there are numbers of other supplements that contain inositol you often find with the in a folics you've got your vitamin d in there as well you've got a bit of alpha lactalbumin as well which helps with inflammation and so on and so forth so that can be quite good for pcos now endometriosis endometriosis is quite a difficult one realistically what we want for endometriosis is sort of just a good overall supplement for endometriosis because unfortunately the research isn't great with endometriosis and what we can be giving for endometriosis a lot of things with endometriosis tend to revolve a lot around diet and trying to avoid what you would perhaps call inflammatory foods and unfortunately inflammatory foods they tend to be all the things that we quite like so things like the sugars and the fats and so on and so forth now you know and all the um the cake all that kind of stuff now I'm not saying you can't have any of that.

People might be anxious that, you know, if I start taking all these supplements, is it going to affect me from a working day? What's my employer going to think?
