There's a few different farms that we've talked to that high schoolers aren't really known for being reliable, dependable, consistent, but sometimes you got to work with what you got, right? And the high school part-time labor is who's in town, right? um sometimes you have to work with local transportation industries like switta comes to mind immediately they take a lot of workers from the council bluffs area and transport them to different manufacturers whether that's dairy or other industries um so maybe looking at the labor pool beyond just your local small town where there might not be as many people
