Could you give me like a kind of overview of what that actually looks like right now? Like how many schools we've got kind of participating, how that prayer space happens, who does it work, all that kind of stuff.
10:02
Yeah, that's a really good question because I think sometimes people think that Emma and I run around Ireland hosting all these prayer spaces, but we don't.
10:10
What our job really is to do is to equip and resource the church, Christians, organisations, whoever it might be, to host prayer spaces in their schools as part of the curriculum to serve the pastoral frameworks, mental health, wellbeing.
10:24
So what we do is we train people, we have a website with resources kind of best practice and models of how they can work.
10:32
And what we then do is kind of champion, walk alongside and help individuals across this nation and across the land of Northern Ireland and Ireland host them in their schools.
10:43
And we kind of say, you talked there earlier about not being, it's maybe not the most efficient way to gather the field here, to have children involved and all those things.
10:52
We sometimes say that actually the prayer rooms in some ways aren't the point.

But I think for people around us, it is.
14:18
Well, families, you know, the problems in families don't go away.
14:22
And you do want, as you get older, I find, getting older as what I am, I get quite bored now watching films about people who are sort of late 20s discovering that they're in love for the first time.
14:33
Because I'm no longer immortal.
14:36
Do you know what I mean? When you're 16 and you fall in love, A, you're immortal, and B, you're absolutely certain that it will last forever.
14:43
and when you know you fall in love later in life you can barely think past dinner or tea do you know what i mean so getting married is is a much bigger deal and also the remembrance that after 15 years of marriage or after 12 years you can have your heart broken very much worse than than before because everything that you've built is sort of devastated by it

I consider after 9-11 there was an opportunity for the world for which there was no precedent whatsoever that there was an opportunity to change the world in an extraordinary way and there was a great deal of fantastic journalism after 9-11 that was not dark and there was an extraordinary burst of light in journalism after that time in America and in Britain.

So hello, everyone, um, darling listeners.
2:18
Um, it is Emma Thompson here, calling you from Blighty, the shores of, of, of Great Britain.
2:24
Um, my microphone is propped up on...

Well, actually, one of the boxes is, has got my quite posh cards in that I recently invested in, which have my name in tiny little really sort of delicate letters, and I, I felt it was sort of quite, uh, I just thought it was classy.
2:43
Anyway, I may be wrong, of course.
2:45
I often am.

Um, he's a, he was a very cute, um, actor, singer.

David Essex, I can't explain it.
4:17
He was on at The Roundhouse, and I asked for his autograph, and he autographed my hand.
7:03
Do you, what's your earliest memory?
7:06
Um, I, when I was liv- I must've been about four or something, and I'd draw- drawn in pencil all around the loo in my-
