low housing affordability there's a ton of research that just basically says workers are feeling stretched and so difficult you know just to make ends meet let alone save for the future are your members feeling that do you talk to them about that how how what can we do to help in that area

We have members on all wage scales, you know, up to $200,000, right down to $50,000, $60,000.

The ones at the lower end, we're trying to fight to bring them up.

We're working with municipalities.

Retention, like we said, is difficult, but also recruitment.

We're doing job fairs.

We're partnering with them.
