What are you hiring for? Are the roles changing? What challenges do you sort of see in the space?

So I don't directly recruit.

However, I am well aware of the challenges that we're having for specific positions, especially highly technical roles.

Planners, for the last little while, due to the housing crisis.

Every municipality has been hiring planners and there's not enough of them to go around.

So that has been a bit of a challenge.

Also positions like engineers, very highly skilled employees, having people in those roles, they have more options because they might want to consider private versus public roles.

Amy, what do you think our role is sort of as employers and as pension plans in sort of helping our members and our employees think about their financial future? Do you think we have a role to play?
