What, what are your first steps in terms of forecasting what it's gonna look like? How do you know if it's a case you wanna pursue? How do you, like, how do you do that?
8:41
Well, the big difference, right, between what you do and what I do is that usually there's already been some litigation, right, and there's some record.
8:50
And so I have to study what's already happened to see, is this a case where our work is gonna make a difference? Um, so we're thinking about the strength of the claims, the, the likelihood of success.
9:04
I'm thinking like, do these people need me? Do we really add value? Um, so I'm thinking about all of those things.
9:10
Uh, who, who are these, uh, folks? Um, will it be fun to work with them? One of the great joys of what we do is we're working with all sorts of talented lawyers all around the country.
9:20
Um, so there are a lot of factors that go into thinking about, you know, whether to take on a case.
9:26
Um, but there is always a review period at the beginning where we're really trying to think through, you know, what is this appeal gonna be like.

30 MINS LATER

39:47
Hmm.
7:59
Yeah
7:59
... we still have kind of lot of, uh, headroom to continue to learn and, uh, innovate and accelerate, uh, is a very amazing way to look at, uh, uh, how a younger company should behave versus a large company, uh, because we c- we can do a lot more.

20 MINS LATER

28:32
Incredible.
28:33
And also, uh, just, again, you are doing so much work with AI, on AI, and, like, and so many things you have shared in, like, small lunch meeting, uh, which was mind boggling [laughs] uh, to share.
28:44
Uh, from-- to, to, to do this, because we always discuss that in last 20 years or 25 years, there are, like...
28:52
I don't- we can count on our fingers FMCG brands which have done build more than 2,000 crore of business.
28:57
Like-
11:01
So as a cybersecurity company, what do I need to do differently for me to show up on ChatGPT?
11:09
Yeah.
11:10
So you're 100 percent right.
11:12
Like a lot of customers that we work with and that's the reason they come to us.
11:16
Their traffic has gone down 40 to 50 percent with the answer engines and chat GPT and even perplexity.
11:24
Right.
11:24
So now when they come to us, the very first thing they need to do is they want to see like what what users are searching for them.
15:47
yeah
108:17
I don't think this is actually – That's asking a lot.
108:19
I don't think this is a close question under the lower court's material change doctrine cases.
108:24
And I think another thing that Judge Posner said in that case that I mentioned is is that what the inquiry turns on is what it is that the party seeking the 23F appeal is actually seeking to challenge.
108:35
It was pretty clear that there was a fight over these definitions and that LabCorp regarded this as a big change.
108:42
Recall that they persuaded this court to grant certiorari on the idea that you've got unscrupulous plaintiff's lawyers that are stuffing classes full of uninjured people, right? But they regarded that first definition.
108:54
The problem with it is that it was actually too tethered.
108:57
to the plaintiff's injury, that it was fail-safe because it only had uninjured people.

20 MINS LATER

129:16
Why is he wrong about the timing of this?
