I think as in life, it happened like a little more gradually than, than that.

Um, we also started playing music together in Pakistan, um, which was not what I expected moving to Pakistan for my job as a journalist, as Amar said, but, um, when we met and started spending time together, music became really intertwined in that.

And like Ammar said, I grew up playing piano pretty much from when I was a kid until I left my parents house to go to college and then I wasn't playing for a while.

So when I met Ammar, it reconnected me to music in a way that I hadn't realized how much I was craving that.

And so That's how the music collaboration started intertwined with the relationship.
