What we're doing is number one, as many of you will know, HHC is an important ingredient in many gummies and a lot of the products that we, our customers and our clients provide to the public.

And when the, DEA unilaterally without any public comment decided it was now a Schedule I controlled substance.

AHA went ahead and funded two lawsuits to challenge the administrative action as well as an action in the DEA itself asking for public comment and to reverse it.

We filed in the Fourth Circuit and the Ninth Circuit.

There's really good binding precedent that the DEA action really should be disregarded in both of those.

I believe next week the federal hearing for Cannabis Schedule 3 begins, or is that maybe even tomorrow? I think that started today or tomorrow.

Why is it that an agency, DSHS, that is under the executive, went ahead and changed the rules to mimic that Senate bill that was vetoed by the governor himself.

And we have lobbyists that are talking to the governor's office, and I really can't get into what they're telling us, but essentially I think they're scratching their heads as well, wondering why.

Because this is basically Lieutenant Governor Patrick's bill with a couple of minor changes, and it puts essentially the hemp world out of business.

And so the people that are looking at this, that enjoy the occasional hemp beverage, that enjoy the relaxating effect so they can go to sleep, the veterans that need it for PTSD are not able to purchase this again on the open market.

They're going to have to go to the medical marijuana market, which is much, much more restrictive.

there are only three licensees that are even operating now, and of those, I think really only one is actually operating.
