There's one other aspect that seems to me that a little bit understands this market better than most because they kind of were an early innovator in the play center space.

I can remember back in the early days, they had a retail outlet that displayed their playhouses that kind of naturally grew into a play center.

And I think almost by default, they started doing birthday parties and serving other things that were part of that environment.

not only did they learn the intricacies of how to install, build and install a play center, I think they got some early insight into the operation of a play center and how to make it work for the operator as well.

And all of a sudden it comes, we put it together and you are ready to open within days after where you leave.

One of the things that I found remarkable as I learned more about this was how detailed and intricate the understanding is of the site and what has to occur to actually install something.

And you know, the understanding of that gets pushed all the way back up through the process into design.
