So as Andy was so eloquently sharing, this was a multi-phase endeavor.

So this was definitely a Two, three years? Who's counting? What is time? But after, as Andy was sharing, after that qualitative work, we really, that wasn't the end, right? That was a new beginning.

As much as we could, we were using the wording that individuals who had experienced social care to form those items and then go through this process, as Andy was saying, with cognitive interviews, where we kept refining that language and refining words The wording that individuals would see on a piece of paper of a measure to see, was it clear? Were there different ways of interpreting the question? Did it feel spot on? Did it feel like something they would want to answer and feel confident answering? And so all of that led up to the words that ended up on the page for a set of survey items for this measure.
