And I'm just going to take a step back and I really want to do a quick deep dive into the qualitative work that really served as the foundation for how we develop this metric.

What we did was really captured like the language, the drivers of what patients told us contributed to positive and negative experience of care and develop survey items to capture those components, refine the items, and then validated and tested them.

So with that, I'm just going to do a quick dive on the qualitative phases of the project.

So we conducted two qualitative studies with one analysis really identifying the key drivers of patients' experiences in social care and the second one exploring the role that racism and race and ethnicity may play in patients' social care experience.
