And what about you, Chitsio?

I was working in health and I was working for the largest health service in Victoria at the time.

And I had probably 10 portfolios and someone said to me, you're now taking on health literacy.

I'd never even heard of it before.

Didn't know what it was.

Took it on, loved it, but couldn't give it all of my attention because of all the portfolios I had.

But then I changed my role and ended up working in an organisation that was working in the engagement space with multicultural communities, people seeking asylum, refugees, people experiencing significant disadvantage.

Could you tell us a little about your international work and in particular Part 4, what it is, where it's heading, why it matters?
