qualitative assessment on feedback on that value that you bring that is very difficult to to quantify and i think in the beginning it's a bit kind of maybe disturbing i don't know if that's the right term but like it's it's a bit different but then you live with like you you you just live with it and you don't need to constantly prove your value in every conversation

That last bit really resonates.

It took me much longer, John, to realize how much of the feedback would be qualitative.

So well done for doing it so quickly.

I think, you know, one of the things John said is observation and I spent a lot of my time observing.

I think even if you know the organization, I became part of a new team, the executive team.

So you're observing how they work.

And if it's still there, maybe there's something to calibrate.
