So I'd like that, you know, to go back to your first weeks in the seat, you know, like really kind of going back to the very beginning of when you were chief of staff and those very first day, how was it? What does it feel like? And what filled your day during those first week? And what did you discover that you hadn't expected?

Honestly, the beginning was very like, it was a green field to explore, right? As I mentioned, I was never a chief of staff before.

The company never had a chief of staff before.

And we were, we were, we were, I was coming with a mindset of we're going to figure it out.

So I believe the first few weeks, there was a lot of observation, a lot of learning because the whole organization was also new to me.
