I think that a lot of things can be energy draining, including fun, regular day things.

So energy loss is not something that's so out of the ordinary or strange, but I think my concern or my area of interest, I should say, is how people who are wishing for more energy and feeling frustrated fatigued and burnt out and tired, or just like they don't have it in them, that these people know that there are sources to look for more energy, where you could replenish your energy, where you can conserve your energy, where you can find new sources of energy that you may have never tapped into.

into before.

And yes, I do feel that procrastination and clutter are two sometimes giant areas where we're letting our energy leak away from us and we're feeling spent we're feeling stressed we're feeling like our attention is everywhere but not where we need it and it's in short supply and i feel like that depending on your situation can be even at a somewhat crisis level where you just never feel like you've got what it takes or you never follow through with those healthy habits or you never touch the clutter.

Could you tell us a little more about that?
28:52

It happens to coincide with my job and how I earn a living.
29:13
And that is convenient for me, but it's also so much fun.
29:17
And, and you have more room when you're calmer.

Right.
