So I will ask you, what is gonna be unique about your gym? Um, and, like, what type of person are you trying to attract to that place?
4:39
Yeah, I mean, I've thought about this a lot, and it's really hard to, uh...
4:43
Like, it, it's easier said than done to find, like, your n- your specific niche.
4:48
But I think for me personally, it, like, I don't find that I'm particularly interested in, you know, building, like, this world-class competition team.
4:59
Like, I definitely have, like, coaching, I would say, aspirations, and I wanna, like, work with competitors.
5:05
But I don't think that, like, build, I'm gonna build the gym around building, like, a competition team, if that makes sense.
5:13
Um, I think that personally, like, you know, like, 'cause when I'm thinking about this gym, I'm thinking about a, a project that's gonna last 10, 20 years or whatever, and it's not gonna be, like, you know, I, I don't see myself being, like...

That, that, I think help you step back and take a broader view of things and see that there is progress going on.

31:37
The next year I didn't do worlds because I was having knee surgery and I was in a terrible place mentally.
31:44
And then the following year I was doing therapy.
31:47
I was doing like, I was like doing where I was starting to write really consistently.
31:52
And I was like, and I was training really well and competing all the time and I won worlds.

yeah like i
6:23
Is that a good place to start? Maybe talking about your revised thinking around leg lock concepts and how they all tie together.
6:29
Yeah, I think so.
6:30
I think so.
6:31
So yeah, so kind of to, I guess for people who weren't at the seminar, the way that I really thought about the, uh, ankle lock g- game for a long time was, like, different...
6:41
I, I basically had a programmed response for every movement that my partner would do and every movement that I would do.
6:49
So, like, if I would turn this way, they would go this way.
6:51
And what I kind of found was it was becoming a lot of memorization, and I wanted to kind of remo- I didn't want doing leg locks to feel like flashcards.
