that's not just necessarily in ai but more broadly in capability systems um different kinds of roles and you're seeing that

yeah absolutely the there are different types of roles coming through and they're not particularly visible to the public market but the conversations that i'm having with um with certain firms um you know a range of firms i work very very deeply with for a significant period of time um there have been alarm bells going off within some firms that have realized that this is not going away and this is something that we really need to progress with.

And there are firms that have invested in AI and then realized that when they start to put AI agents in place to try and automate or augment roles and automate executional work, they then have to look at the data because they're having issues.

So there are certain firms that are really on top of of that in the background, but also from a hiring perspective and bringing talent into firms.

Some firms I'm actively working with and others I'm talking to about senior specialist operators.

Quite often firms will look to former heads of or directors that don't want to manage a team anymore and they want to do really strategic work at a good firm with good people and just focus on doing strategic business development.

And that's where I'm seeing the emergence of demand.

But that world has changed, too, in terms of clients.
